Deleting & Archiving Waivers

In this article, we will walk through how to delete and archive waivers.

Things to know:

  1. Deleting a waiver at the child or parent level will preserve signed waivers on client profiles
  2. Archived waivers that have not been signed will not appear in the Add Waiver dropdown menu on client profiles. 
  3. Archived waivers that have been signed will remain visible and accessible on client profiles.

Delete Waivers

To delete a waiver permanently:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Manager

  2. Expand the Manage Clients menu

  3. Select Customize Client Fields                                Client-Records-MyTime__5_.png

  4. Locate the desired waiver and expand the arrow  Client-Records-MyTime__6_.png
  5. Select the Delete link  Client-Records-MyTime__7_.png
  6. Confirm the deletion                                                           Client-Records-MyTime__8_.png

 

The waiver will be permanently deleted from custom fields and from all client records. 

Archive Waivers

To archive a waiver:

  1. Navigate to the Clients Manager

  2. Expand the Manage Clients menu

  3. Select Customize Client Fields                                 Client-Records-MyTime__5_.png

  4. Locate the desired waiver and expand the arrow Intake-Forms-MyTime__1_.png
  5. Check the Archived checkbox  Intake-Forms-MyTime__2_.png
  6. Save

Once a waiver is archived:

  • The waiver will no longer be visible in the Add waiver drop down on client profiles
  • Signed waivers will still be visible on client profiles
