In this article, we will walk through how to delete and archive waivers.
Things to know:
- Deleting a waiver at the child or parent level will preserve signed waivers on client profiles
- Archived waivers that have not been signed will not appear in the Add Waiver dropdown menu on client profiles.
- Archived waivers that have been signed will remain visible and accessible on client profiles.

Delete Waivers
To delete a waiver permanently:

Navigate to the Clients Manager

Expand the Manage Clients menu

Select Customize Client Fields
- Locate the desired waiver and expand the arrow
- Select the Delete link
- Confirm the deletion
The waiver will be permanently deleted from custom fields and from all client records.
Archive Waivers
To archive a waiver:

Navigate to the Clients Manager

Expand the Manage Clients menu

Select Customize Client Fields
- Locate the desired waiver and expand the arrow
- Check the Archived checkbox
- Save
Once a waiver is archived:
- The waiver will no longer be visible in the Add waiver drop down on client profiles
- Signed waivers will still be visible on client profiles
