It is possible that your staff members will need to clock in or out outside of their normal working hours (for example, if an appointment runs long). This is allowed!
With MyTime, employees may clock in or out anytime, regardless of the hours established in their Staff & Availability page. The tracked hours in their Time Tracking Report depend solely on when they were clocked in, and not on their established hours.
One exception: if an employee forgets to clock out before midnight, the MyTime system will retroactively clock them out at end of their work hours for that day.
