How can I track and sort client ratings?

You can easily pull a report to display all of your client reviews and the overall ratings of your business and staff.

Dashboard > Reports > Clients > Ratings

Navigate to this report by going to ‘Dashboard’, ‘Reports’, ‘Clients’ and then ‘Ratings’:

 

You can filter this report by location, staff member, labels or by date:

This report displays all client reviews and the average rating of your business. You can also see the client contact information in case you want to follow up with them to help manage your reputation or follow up with them regarding their review.
