How do I view my Closed Tickets?

You can view your total Closed Tickets from the MyTime Dashboard and filter them in a number of ways.

 

To access the Closed Tickets Report, navigate to your Dashboard, Reports, then Closed Tickets.

 

Dashboard > Reports > Closed Tickets

The Closed Tickets can be filtered by Location and Date:

You can also choose to filter closed tickets by date, client, ticket #, amount charged, fees deducted and net total:
