How do I generate a report for Location Productivity?

You can gain more insight into your business by generating a convenient report to track invaluable productivity metrics by business locations.

To access the Location Productivity Report, log in to your dashboard and select the “Reports” tab. This feature is only available if you are using MyTime’s POS.

Select “Location Productivity” under Company.

On the top of the page, you can filter by locations, staff, completed appointments or only closed tickets and date range. You can also select multiple locations and staff members.


Once you’ve selected your desired filters, it will reflect in the generated report. The service revenue, product revenue and total revenue will be displayed for each location. To see additional metrics, select the blue arrow icon on the left side corresponding to the location.


After expanding the desired location, you’ll get the total number of tickets for that specific location and what percentage of those tickets are with Services or with Products.

 

Total appointments for this specific location are displayed as well. You’ll see what percentage of those appointments are either pre-booked, new clients or existing clients. At the bottom, you’ll see the “New Client Revenue” and “Existing Client Revenue.”
