How do I reschedule an appointment?

You can reschedule an appointment from your Appointments page (My Business > Overview > View appointments) or from your client's profile in the Client Manager.  

From the Appointments page find the appointment you wish you reschedule and click Edit.



You will be sent to the Scheduler appointment to reschedule.  You can confirm the appointment here by changing the status to Accept or clicking on the Accept button.  To reschedule change the date and time of the appointment.  To cancel click on the red Delete button.



To reschedule an appointment from your client's profile in the Client Manager, search for the client and look at their upcoming appointments. The client will receive the proper notification about the status of their appointment.
