Do I have to automatically accept online bookings?

No! You can decide how to accept online bookings.  You can automatically accept online bookings meaning your customers get instant confirmation, or you can require additional confirmation in which you accept or decline the booking.

Go to your Settings (My Business > Settings) and you can choose to automatically accept online bookings. Simply click Yes, add online bookings to my calendar or No, I will manually accept/decline all appointment requests.
