If you do not confirm a prepaid pending appointment, MyTime will not charge the customer's credit card. If you forget to confirm a prepaid pending appointment before the appointment time, you must collect payment from the customer when they arrive for their appointment.
Please note: This only applies to you if your settings require appointments booked online to stay in a pending state until you manually approve them. The screenshot below shows this setting.
If you are set up to automatically confirm online bookings, you do not have pending appointments and this scenario does not apply to you.
