Why was my bill higher this month?

You can view your billing history in the My Account section of your MyTime account.

To view your billing history:

  1. Click your business name in the upper right-hand corner
  2. Select My Account
  3. Select Billing History

Here you will see your total monthly charges. If your monthly charges were higher this month, it may be due to Marketplace commissions.

To view the individual commission charges, select the Marketplace Commissions tab. Here you can view all marketplace commission charges for the date range you've selected. You can view different date ranges by using the filter in upper right-hand corner of the screen.
